Air Bearing Machinery Transportation

Air bearing transportation is mostly used to move precision machinery, overweight equipment or on the poor transportation route (too narrow, too long and too many turnings). The advantages of using air bearing transportation are safe, fast and minimize lead time and manpower.

  Toolbox safety meeting before operation
  (environmental safety guidance, operation notes, staff task assignment)

  Pre-operation, route paving with galvanized iron plate
  (put on PE film first and then put on 3mm galvanized iron plate)

• 

  Remove the fixed base in the container

• 

  Remove canvas on the on the entrance of the container

• 

  Unloading timber box from container, using forklift truck

• 

  Move the timber box to working area

• 

  Disassembling timber box and remove vacuum bag

• 

  Disassembling the screws which fasten on the base of the timber box, and check whether the bottom of the equipment is level or not

• 

  Separate the equipment with the base, using forklift truck
  (place radio wave filtering mat on the spot where the truck fork touch the equipment)

• 

  Move the equipment into the plant

• 

  Place air bearing jack and install the piping for air bearing transportation
